We are inviting passionate and visionary leaders to join our Board of Directors and help advance our mission to support children, youth, and families across Canada. 
 

As a national nonprofit, NACY builds capacity across the youth-serving sector, convenes changemakers, and advocates for equitable, evidence-informed policies and practices. 
 

We are looking for individuals with leadership experience, professional expertise, or lived experience who want to shape national strategies and amplify impact across Canada.
 

We are especially seeking Board members with experience in the following areas:

• Communications and media

• Legal and governance

• Finance and accounting

• Digital transformation

• Indigenous and equity-centered leadership

• Government and advocacy
   

As a Board member, you will contribute to strengthening youth-serving organizations, scaling innovative practices, guiding strategic communications and advocacy, and building impactful partnerships across the sector.
